Abstract:

Sera were collected from 20 patients in whose cases the diagnoses were distributed as follows 5 cases of hyperthyroidism, one case of hyperfixing thyroid nodule 6 cases of myxoedemas, 2 cases of simple colloid goiters, one case of Hashimoto disease, 2 cases of Biermer disease, 3 cases of miscellaneous diseases. In order to discover any possible anti-thyroid antibodies by means of immunofluorescence, the indirect method of Coons et al was implemented. Author
