Abstract:
The final report of work accomplished on precision antenna pattern recording and display techniques is presented. The contract was for development of equipment to enhance the capabilities of ground-based antenna test ranges. The effort was based upon results obtained from theoretical and experimental studies related to high-accuracy antenna measurements. The equipment developed and reported herein is an experimental model of a Radiation Distribution Tabulator to generate at high speed a microfilm tabulation of the radiation characteristics of an antenna.
