Title:
THE EFFECT OF PROTEOLYTIC ENZYMES ON SUCCINIC ACID DEHYDROGENASE ACTIVITY IN THE INITIAL PHASE OF HYDROLYTIC DECOMPOSITION,
Corporate Author:

Report Date:

Abstract:
The investigation of the effect produced by proteolytic enzymes on succinic acid dehydrogenase revealed that pepsin, in the initial phase of enzyme action, activates heavily, in contrast to ribonuclease, lysozyme and trypsin, which do not have any effect. The cause of this is to be found in the quality of hydrolytic decomposition of the enzymes. Author
