Abstract:
With the aid of diagrams and illustrations, a number of instruments are shown which produce the possibility, by their coordination, for simultaneously exploiting the quantitative cytochemical working possibilities for general biological problematics afforded by ultramicrospectography in the visible and ultraviolet range as well as in the radiographic field and in microinterferometrics. In addition, special instruments for work with large cell populations are described.
