Abstract:
The paper presents a study for the Joint Logistics Commanders Panel for Design to Unit Production Cost Goals. A review of the literature on design-to-cost showed that there is a spectrum of cost management environments from a fixed price production-orientation through a Life Cycle Cost System Value-Oriented.
