Abstract:

The report is intended as a ready source for most answers to questions asked frequently by research, development, test and evaluation personnel having responsibilities in the life cycle management of materiel. It is a special compilation of manuscripts inclusive of pertinent illustrations, tables, and charts which were used as instructional material for a 14-hour course of instruction in materiel management. When used in conjunction with the Handbook of Supplementary Materiel published separately for use by materiel management course attendees, it should help in a more thorough understanding of the Edgewood Arsenal materiel management program.
