Abstract:
The primary purpose of the report is to develop quantitative staffing criteria for certain Navy contract administration field personnel requirements. A secondary purpose was to attempt to develop a planning tool for internal Navy management use. The method used was a statistical analysis of empirical data on staffing requirements for the time period January 1967 through December 1971.
