Abstract:

It is shown that a high precision was obtained when a new cup was used for each experiment, 3 to 4 determinations being sufficient to evaluate the antipitting properties for each oil. The results, obtained thus according to GOST 3722-60, had a precision of less than or equal to 8.9 percent. Author
