Abstract:
In continuation of the General Catalogue of Proper Motions in the North Polar Cap-the area north of declination 75 - data are here given for the proper motions of 7041 stars with declinations between 70 and 75 1950. These were found and measured on 22 pairs of plates of the National Geographic Society - Palomar Observatory Survey, all centered at declination 72 1855. The old plates were all taken between 1950 and 1955, the new plates between 1963 and 1967, resulting in an average interval of 12.2 years. Pertinent data for these plates are given in Table I. Author
