Contents Development of a dependable Smoke producing rocket to a height limit of 3000 to 4000 ft Development of photographic techniques for sequentically recording the smoke plumes in three-dimensions, and, the techniques employed in the determination of wind speeds and directions vs. heights from these readings Development of a night lighting system for the use of Smoke rockets at night and Development and testing of a smoke rocket system to extend the useful height range to at least 8000 ft above ground.
