Abstract:
The report presents a discussion of the test facility, models, and data gathering and reduction system used in the tests of oscillating airfoils. It also contains the actual computer data that resulted from the wind tunnel tests of the airfoils. A set of tables provides a quick cross-reference between the various test factors and the page on which the data appear.
