Title:
POLYPROPYLENE CABLE WRAPS,
Corporate Author:
HERCULES POWDER CO WILMINGTON DEL
Report Date:
1963-12-01
Abstract:
From a standpoint of inherent properties, flexibility of formulation and fabrication, and extremely attractive economics, polypropylene film has rightfully become a significant factor in wire and cable wraps--with a future limited only by the ingenuity of the industry and producers of resins and films. It is believed that for every wrap requirement, whether the need be for a thermal, moisture or dielectric barrier, a form of polypropylene exists or can be developed through mutual cooperation, which will improve the product, and in most instances, pave the way to lower costs.
