Abstract:
The report shows the steps taken and summarizes the results obtained in an investigation of the validity of the Instructors Evaluation Report. The procedure included two main features 1 accomplishment of the IER by appropriate senior instructors and administrators for a total of 107 ground school instructors, and 2 collection of rankings of instructors by their superiors and by their students.
