Object of the research is 1 To continue the work carried out under contract SC85173 by receiving signals by reflection from the moon and measuring the Faraday Rotation 2 to use the data to calculate the electron content of the ionosphere above the earth 3 to study the diurnal, seasonal, and irregular changes in electron content 4 to correlate irregular changes in electron content with other natural phenomena and 5 to study the reflecting surface of the moon.
