Abstract:
The development of an electrostatically controlled Deflectron for vidicon use is described. A total of ten one-inch tubes were completed as stipulated in the con tract, four of which were subjected to preproduction testing and the remaining six to production testing. A narration of all work and final results is given. To present the contents in an orderly fashion, the report is broken down into three sections Section 1 - Narrative and Data Section 2 - Electrical Test Information Section 3 - Quality Control Manual.
