Abstract:

This report summarizes the results of tests performed on a modified design of standard rack and panel multiplecontact connectors with removeable contacts for their use in the Mark 3 re-entry vehicle instrumentation shelf. New connectors made to the modified design have been subjected to the required tests in applicable paragraphs of MIL C 5015, Mark 3 component specification NCS 1692, and specific design engineering instructions. The connectors successfully complied with the environmental qualification test requirements of these specifications. Author
