Abstract:
This report documents the efforts to develop a Minicard-to-FileSearch Converter. The converter transforms minicard information which is recorded on a 16 mm. film chip with 8 documents and appropriate indexing information to a FileSearch format which uses a 35 mm. continuous roll film with one document and appropriate indexing information per frame.
