Abstract:
The first phase of the Display Oriented Computer Usage System DOCUS included the development of a basic executive routine for On-line display console use, modification to the COOP monitor system to permit the integration of DOCUS under the monitor, system, and the development of the General Operating Language GOL and Procedure Implementation Language PIL overlays. These overlays provide the basic framework for the creation and operation of application oriented overlays for analysts and programmers. Author
