INTERACTION OF QUANTIZED AND UNQUANTIZED SYSTEMS,

It is shown that interactions between quantized and unquantized systems do not lead to any dyna mical inconsistencies. However, if the equations of motion of the classical system depend on the state of the quantized system, then the latter no longer satisfies a linear dynamical equation. This fact may have implications in the quantiza tion of the gravitational field and in the quan tum theory of measurement. Author
