Abstract:
This report deals with various research projects in schistosomiasis and metabolism and nutrition. The areas covered in schistosomiasis include re sistance, immunity, effects of ionizing radia tion, physiology of infected animals, and mol luscicides. In metabolism and nutrition the major emphasis is on gastro-intestinal function, histology, malabsorption, hematology and metab olic changes in malnutrition.
