Title:
Vapor Pressure of Ammonium Perchlorate
Corporate Author:
STANFORD RESEARCH INST MENLO PARK CA
Report Date:
1962-01-01
Abstract:
The equilibrium vapor pressure of ammonium perchlorate has been measured in the temperature range of 520-620 deg K by the transpiration method. The data indicate that ammonium perchlorate sublimes by the dissociation process NH4ClO4 sub s NH3 sub g HClO4 sub g. The heat of dissociation has been found to be 58 or - 2 kcalmole in the cited temperature range.
