Identifiers Probit analysis. Research concerns a program developed for the IBM 650 magnetic drum data-processing machine it may be divided conveniently into 3 parts. These are the adjustments of the raw data based upon the proposed probability model the determination of the best fitting probit line to each set of data and the combination of the individual solutions to provide a population estimate.
