Report Date:

Abstract:
Studies and investigations were made which will lead to the design of a radio direction finding system for the MF-HF-VHF range. The travelingwave antenna RDF system was operated in the field, and performance data are included. The source of instability in the counter circuits for the pulse waveform modulators was found. Work was continued on a special purpose analog calibrator for the SADIST system. Additional improvements were also made in the panoramic RDF system. Problems in the development of a VHFUHF antenna are discussed. Author
