A STUDY OF THE DETERMINATION OF THE INTERNAL MECHANICAL IMPEDANCE OF A MACHINE
LITTLE (ARTHUR D) INC CAMBRIDGE MASS
THESE STUDIES CONCERN THE CONDUCT OF ANALYSES AND EXPERIMENTS AIMED TOWARD THE DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNIQUES FOR DETERMINING INTERNAL MECHANICAL IMPEDANCE AND INTERNAL MECHANICAL MOBILITY OF A MACHINE USING INTERNAL EXCITATION AND EXTERNAL MEASUREMENTS. The tests were performed on an electric motor and measurements were made in the vertical direction at the frequencies which exhibited strong internal excitations. Author
