Title:
A METHOD OF ANALYZING UNKNOWN SIGNAL PARAMETERS
Corporate Author:
HARRY DIAMOND LABS ADELPHI MD
Report Date:
1961-06-30
Abstract:
A simple inexpensive method of analyzing andor determining signal parameters of unknown purpose or origin, including signals in the presence of noise, is described. The method is an adaption of intensity modulation techniques used in radar systems and employs readily available laboratory equipment. It also employs a moving film camera but techniques for obtaining quasi-instantaneous outputs are described. Other possible uses, such as phase detection, frequency comparison and telemetry evaluation are also described.
