Abstract:
Thirteen new technical specifications for mediumand high-alloy steels and special alloys are listed. These were developed by the Central Scientific Research Institute of Ferrous Metalurgy, USSR. The minimum tensile strengths and elongations in percent are indicated for 12 of the specifications in some cases the chemical composition is also indicated.
