Abstract:

In this paper changes in active and lattice ions valence were investigated in some laser materials such as CrY3Al5O12, CrLiNbO3 and CrLi2B4O7 glass, TiA12O3 and TiLaGaO3, CoSrLaGa3O7 and CoLi2B4O7 glass, Eu, Dy Li2B4O7 glass, HoLiTaO3, NdYVO4, NdSrlaGa3O7 and PrSrLaGa3O7 alter annealing in oxidizing and reducing atmospheres, ionizing with gamma, electrons and protons After gamma-irradiation 446 run emission is observed for TiLaGaO3 single crystal due to sup 2 E right arrow sup 2 T sub 2 transition of Ti3.
