Abstract:
This paper presents a new mask-programmable I2L multivalued logic circuit. The proposed logic circuit is a variable operational circuit using the ROM structure. The sensitivity analysis is given for this logic circuit assuming equal current gain error for all multicollector transistors and equal current error for all threshold current sources. The limitations on the number of the truth values and on that of the input variables are discussed using the results of the sensitivity analysis. The operation of the proposed circuit is confirmed by the breadboard testing. Author
