Pagination or Media Count:
Test procedures and devices are described, which are used to determine the behavior of materials for telecommunication cables under the influence of high energy radiation. Radiation sources are Electron v.d. Graaf-Generation and Co-60 rods. The samples are exposed to radiations of various dose rates as plates or cables respectively. To test also specimens under more real service conditions a cell was equipped to measure transmission properties of cables during the radiation elevated temperature. Some results of our investigations are discussed and demonstrated by graphes.
