Abstract:

A method and apparatus for die forming metal sheets and extrusions which utilizes recycleable die blocks is described. The die blocks are cast in an adjustable mold box. A pivotable dam member is used to set angles on a surface of the cast die blocks. Adjusting the pivotable dam permits the casting of a variety of die blocks for introducing a variety of angled joggles in the metal sheets and extrusions.
