Abstract:

The object of this experiment was to provide an assay of Chemical Corps collective-protection equipment under the conditions of an atomic detonation. In a previous nuclear explosion test, the structure containing the collective protector was overturned, and, although the collective protector was undamaged, no assay of performance could be made.
