Abstract:

The 89th Airlift Wing 89 AW at Andrews Air Force Base AFB has prepared an environmental assessment EA for lodging improvements located on Andrews AFB in Prince Georges County, Maryland, as described in the next paragraph and which is hereby incorporated by reference. This EA has been accomplished pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act NEP A the Council of Environmental Quality regulations implementing the NEPA Department of Defense DoD Directive 6050.1, Environmental Effects in the United States of DoD Actions and 32 Code of Federal Regulations CFR Part 989, which is implemented by Air Force Instruction AFI 32-7061, The Environmental Impact Analysis Process.
