Abstract:

The scope of this Environmental Review included all USAF-leased lands and USAF facilities in and around the airfield, as well as all USAF facilities outside the bounds of the airfield that are associated with aircraft operations, such as the Airfield Beacon and the Maritime Homing Beacon. The Environmental Review concludes that there are no major environmental concerns associated with either the lands or the facilities that would prevent their return or transfer to the British Government. There are no known imminent substantial dangers to human health and safety.
