This report documents the results of gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry analyses of blood, tissues, and organs heart, lung, liver, kidney, brain, eye, and diaphragm that were obtained from rats postnatal days 7, 14, 21, 42, and 70 after their exposure to various concentrations of sarin GB via subcutaneous injection. The amounts of free and regenerated GB present in these biological samples were quantified using chemical ionization mass spectrometry with isotope dilution.
