Abstract:

Model-based system engineering methodologies advocate using system models as the main vehicle in system engineering processes12. In this methodology, a system model represents the relationships and interaction between the entities being modelled. Figure 2 depicts an example of such abstraction of the interaction within and between two subsystems.
