Abstract:

This is the addendum of the final report, and we report here the accomplishments and progress made during the extension period, September 21, 2013 to September 20, 2014. We published a paper on Journal of Cell Biology to report our experimental and data analysis results on asynchronous remodeling in dystrophic muscles in Duchenne muscular dystrophy. One doctoral student who were under partial support from this grant graduated in the summer of 2014.
