Abstract:

The program goal was to develop compact frequency sources capable of maintaining low phase noise under high accelerations or vibrations and over a wide temperature range. The effort strived to better understand, engineer, and demonstrate nonlinear-dynamics-enabled nanoelectromechanical system NEMS frequency-source technology.
