This technical report investigates an update to the mathematical formulation employed by the Joint Platform Allocation Tool JPAT to include additional warfighting functions. This project directly addresses TRAC research requirements 3.2 under Future Aerial RS Support. We demonstrate it is possible to account for additional warfighting functions while working within the current JPAT integer programming framework. The new formulation will not restrict use of any platform used in the previous implementation of JPAT, including the MQ1-C Gray Eagle. The implementation of this new formulation may require further refinement dependent on study requirements.
