Abstract:
United States Army Training and Doctrine Command TRADOC Pamphlet TP 525-3-0 describes what the future Army must do as part of the joint force to achieve the Nations strategic objectives. This description is predicated on the Armys enduring missions and the future operational environment, characterized by an era of fiscal constraint. TP 525-3-0 describes the required capabilities the future Army will need to enable the nation to prevent conflict, shape the environment, and win the Nations wars. This concept guides future force development and supports the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System process. It also supports Army capabilities development processes described in the Army Capabilities Integration Center ARCIC Concepts and Capabilities Guidance, and functions as the conceptual basis for developing subordinate concepts and solutions related to the future force within the doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel, facilities DOTMLPF, domains and policy. This concept applies to all TRADOC, Department of the Army DA, and Army Reserve component activities that develop DOTMLPF requirements.
