Background EO 13423 identified that Env Mgt Systems will be implemented at all appropriate organizational levels. OFEE developed implementing instructions. Further guidance identified multi-site Organization EMS. The ANG had been implementing an organizational EMS since 2006. OFEE guidance allowed ANG to adjust appropriate facility status 78 appropriate facilities, now 1 EMS.
