Abstract:

Nellis Air Force Base AFB prepared an Environmental Assessment EA to identify and evaluate potential environmental effects from construction and operation of improvements at the Mike OCallaghan Federal Medical Center MOFMC campus. The EA was prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act NEPA of 1969 PL 91-190 42 USC 4321- 434 7, as amended Council on Environmental Quality CEQ Regulations for Implementing the Provisions ofNEPA CEQ Regulations, 40 Code of Federal Regulations CFR Parts 1500-1508 and Air Force Instruction 32-7061 as promulgated in 32 CFR 989.
