Abstract:

This report summarizes the research results of this task which were published in four refereed journal articles. The three basic topics are 1 Elemental abundances of solar energetic particles SEPs in various solar wind streams Kahler et al., 2009 Reames et al., 2009 2 Elemental abundances of ground-level events GLEs and their variations with solar burst parameters Kahler et al., 2011 and 3 an interpretation of the Kiplinger Effect Kahler, 2012.
