Abstract:

The goals of this project were 1 To build on the state-of-the-art literature review conducted in Phase I and the key questions identified as needed to close gaps resulting from the limitations of current approaches to understanding and managing causality of change in socio-technical systems. 2 To design and prepare for an interdisciplinary workshopforum in which a focused subset of the international thought leaders identified and contacted in Phase I would be invited to develop approaches and solutions to the issues. 3 To develop and implement a publication plan to professionally engage key subject matter experts to further develop and contribute their data, theories and ideas for several collaborative peer-reviewed publications. Progress toward achieving these goals is summarized.
