The Committee met, pursuant to notice, at 233 p.m., in Room SH-216, Hart Senate Office Building, the Honorable Dianne Feinstein Chairman of the Committee presiding. Committee Members Present Senators Feinstein, Rockefeller, Wyden, Mikulski, Feingold, Whitehouse, Bond, Hatch, Snowe and Risch. Witnesses were Admiral Dennis Blair, the Director of National Intelligence, who provided a summary of the written statement he has submitted on behalf of the intelligence community the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency, Leon Panetta the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Bob Mueller the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Lieutenant General Ron Burgess and the Acting Assistant Secretary of State for Intelligence and Research, Ambassador John Dinger.
