Abstract:

This Design Guide contains design criteria and general requirements to be used in the development of designs for new construction and additionsalterations of U.S. Army Reserve USAR facilities. Its purpose is to serve as one means for the Using Service to convey functional and other criteria for Military Construction Army Reserve MCAR projects to the Design Agency charged with the planning and design of a facility. This Guide is also intended to aid in the formulation of project documentation for inclusion in military construction programs.
