Abstract:

What is SBIR A congressionally mandated program, Federal Government wide DoD, DoE, DHS, DoT, etc. 2.5 of Army 12B Extramural RDTE 265M for FY09 Increase small business participation in federally funded RD Transition Federal RD into Government Programs -- Industry Initiatives. 1. Must be a U.S. for-profit small business of 500 or fewer employees 2. All work must be performed in the United States, including subcontractors 3. During Phase I, a minimum of 23 of the effort must be performed by the proposing small business a minimum of 12 of the effort in Phase II 4. The Principal Investigator must spend more than 12 of the time employed by the proposing small business.
