Abstract:

This study is a summative evaluation of the Nurse Call Center NCC at the Naval Hospital Pensacola NHP, Florida. This management project discusses the current and historical aspects of telephone advice and triage call centers and provides a historical overview of the NCC at NHP. The study also identifies various strengths and weaknesses of the -NCC and makes recommendations for improvement.
