This document is a report of the technical progress made during the period 01 Aug. 2001 - 31 July 2002 in the areas of 1 research, evaluation and adaptation of particle transport simulation programs for modeling the detection and measurement of space radiation by space-borne sensors 2 construction Of realistic flight sensor computer models 3 performance of particle transport calculations 4 space-borne dosimeter simulation studies 5 studies of scattering of grazing incidence protons from surfaces of material constituents of space-borne X-ray telescopes. The computer programs ITSACCEPT and MCNPX were applied to the modeling of the CEASE and HEP sensors. Shown in this report are listings of input and output files, with geometrymaterials drawings, for the various simulation programs, annotated computer code listings showing program modifications, and partial listings of computer code outputs.
