Abstract:

This paper presents a new approach in the field of mobile access to web-based health-care services, Specifically, a web-based health-care system was designed and implemented to support not only web-access but also mobile access through the use of the WAP protocol. Personalized access to the system is also supported in both Web and WAP based access tools, Application screenshots of the developed application are presented in the results section of the paper.
