Abstract:

This project was requested by the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Plans and the Office of Army Programs Analysis and Evaluation PAE. The purpose of the project was to evaluate the costs and benefits of selected weapon systems and to develop and evaluate alternative weapon systems modernization programs.
